近排聽到有啲僱主呻爆 😱——小X書上竟然有人打廣告，招香港散工、兼職，連樓面、清潔、裝修、攝影都有，部分標明「港澳通行證就得」，疑似黑工。更誇張係，有啲甚至用 「高紡／高仿」 做暗號，一條龍搞掂工人，連假身份證都幫你辦好，收費仲要幾千蚊人仔！![]()

入境處今年頭 8 個月拘捕咗唔少非法勞工，部分人持假證件，而好多老闆自己又冇做足身份核查。小小一個「懶」，就可能惹來麻煩，影響公司運作。![]()

Lately, some employers have reported a worrying trend 😱 — posts on Chinese social platform XiaoXXXXshu advertising part-time or casual work in Hong Kong. Jobs range from F&B floor staff, cleaners, construction, to photography. Some posts even say a Mainland Travel Permit is enough, clearly hinting at illegal work.![]()

Even more shocking, some use the code “Gao-fang / High-quality fake” to advertise a full package: sourcing workers, providing accommodation, and even fake Hong Kong IDs, charging thousands of RMB!😤![]()

Immigration authorities have already arrested many illegal workers this year, some holding fake documents. Unfortunately, some employers don’t properly verify identities, leaving themselves exposed to risk. A small shortcut could cause big trouble for your business.![]()

行政長官李家超近日接受訪問時透露，政府曾經考慮過要求僱主申請輸入外勞前 交「按金」💰，一旦濫用就沒收，當成罰款。但最後放棄，原因係：![]()

2️⃣ 餐飲業等行業本身已經經營困難，再加按金只會「百上加斤」![]()

Chief Executive John Lee recently revealed that the Government once considered requiring employers to pay a “deposit” 💰 before applying for imported labour. The idea was: if abuse was found, the deposit would be forfeited as a penalty.![]()
👉 However, the plan was dropped due to concerns of:![]()
1️⃣ Risk of “punishing the innocent” 😓![]()
2️⃣ Extra financial burden on industries already struggling, especially F&B 🍜![]()

Local recruitment period extended from 4 weeks ➝ 6 weeks![]()

Employers must attend at least one Labour Dept. job fair each week during recruitment![]()

Stronger actions to tackle abuse of the Supplementary Labour Optimisation Scheme![]()

近期勞工處更新咗「優化計劃」嘅申請規定，各位僱主老闆要注意👇![]()

1️⃣ 一定要用新版表格（ESLS-1A、ESLS-1B），舊版已經唔收啦！👉 由 2025年7月7日開始，舊表一律退件不處理。![]()
![]()
2️⃣ 六個月內唔可以多次重覆申請，否則都會被退返⚡（注意：2025年6月16日或以前收嘅申請唔計算，續約申請亦唔受影響）。![]()
![]()
3️⃣ 分店唔可以分開申請，同一法團旗下嘅分店要喺同一份申請入面寫清楚職位詳情📝。![]()
![]()
👉 總結：表格要換新、申請唔好重覆、分店要一齊填。否則時間金錢都浪費咗！💸![]()

The Labour Department has just updated the rules for the Optimisation Scheme. Employers, please take note 👇![]()
![]()
1️⃣ Use the NEW application forms only (ESLS-1A & ESLS-1B). From 7 July 2025, old forms will be rejected and returned ❌.![]()
![]()
2️⃣ No duplicate applications within 6 months. If the same applicant submits more than once within 6 months, the Labour Department will return the forms 🚫.![]()
(Applications received on or before 16 June 2025 are not counted. Renewal applications for existing workers are also exempt.)![]()
![]()
3️⃣ Branches cannot apply separately. Applications must cover one or more branches under the same business/corporation in ONE single application 📝.![]()
![]()
👉 In short: new forms only, no repeat submissions, and branches must apply together. Otherwise, your time and money will be wasted 💸.![]()
